Featuring ‘Ricotta Hotcakes’ - with fresh banana, honeycomb butter and dusted icing sugar. It has a soft texture and not as filling because majority of the sugar comes the natural sweetness from condiments. I also had freshly squeezed orange juice (maybe a bit sour for my taste, hey! at least it’s fresh). Go with a friend who will enjoy a healthy breakfast, they serve corn fritters too! YUM.

Portabello, avocado, arugula and mozzarella on whole wheat with some tomatoes and amazing cole slaw from my roommate.
